Website Terms of Use

Version 1.1 · Issued 16 October 2026

1. About these terms

1.1 These terms govern your use of the Bities website.

1.2 Transport bookings are governed by the Booking and Service Terms and by the documents incorporated into the particular booking, not by these terms.

1.3 Bities Ltd (Bities, we or us) operates the website. Our business details and contact information are set out in Company Information and Contact Details.

2. Service information and enquiries

2.1 The website describes our services and provides ways to contact Bities. Availability, scope, timings and price are confirmed for each booking.

2.2 An enquiry, or an automatic acknowledgement of an enquiry, does not itself confirm a booking.

2.3 We take reasonable care to make our descriptions accurate. A description of a future or unavailable service is not an offer to provide it immediately.

2.4 Nothing in these terms removes the effect of information that becomes binding under consumer law because you relied on it when deciding to book.

3. Using the website

3.1 You must use the website lawfully. You must not:

  • impersonate other people;
  • introduce malicious software;
  • attempt unauthorised access;
  • interfere with security; or
  • misuse personal information.

3.2 Automated access must not unlawfully infringe anyone’s rights or materially disrupt the website.

3.3 We may take reasonable steps to address misuse and to maintain security.

3.4 We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption.

3.5 Nothing in this clause 3 excuses a breach of a legal duty we owe to you.

5. Privacy and cookies

5.1 Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.

5.2 Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and your tracking choices.

5.3 Company Information and Contact Details explains how to contact us about the website or these policies.

6. Liability

6.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud;
  • your rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded; or
  • any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes and governing law

7.1 We may correct or update information on the website. Doing so does not retrospectively change an existing service contract.

7.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This is subject to any mandatory protections, and any rights to bring proceedings in the courts, that are available to consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom.

7.3 The version number and date at the top of this page identify the terms currently in effect.
